Kmart Layaway

I haven’t tried putting an item on a layaway plan. I’ve heard about this option but never really used it. Well maybe because money wasn’t an issue as it is now. While thinking of gifts to give to my family and friends I thought of using Kmart Layaway. The layaway requires a down payment and it’s not that much and the biweekly payment is very convenient.

My son wants the PSP so to make him happy it’s what he’s getting for Christmas. It’s $169.99 and with the layaway plan at Kmart I’ll be able to pay it in two installments since I only have a few six weeks left before Christmas. He already has all the electronic games except for the PSP so I know this will really make him happy. There are quite a few Kmart stores here in Massachusetts and the closest one to me is only 30 minutes away.

Avoid the holiday rush and visit your nearest Kmart branch to see if they offer layaway. Here’s how the Kmart Layaway works:
- Select your items.
- Bring them to the Layaway counter and make a down payment.
- Make your payments every two weeks at your Kmart store.
- Take home your items once your payments have been completed.

Camp Denali

Alaska is of the places I want to visit. I can't wait to see Denali National Park and of course the beautiful Mount McKinley. I have already made some research on places to stay and my favorite is Camp Denali which is located right in the heart of Denali National Park. Camp Denali has seventeen log cabins. Staying at the park will afford visitors the chance to experience a guided hike or wildlife sighting. I checked out their website and of course the first thing I looked for was their rates which I think are very reasonable. We'll definitely stay at Camp Denali if we decide not to take an Alaskan cruise. (Photo from campdenali.com).

My Cousin's Next Step

I just introduced my cousin to paid blogging. While waiting for a job I thought that she can use her idle time wisely. Right now she doesn’t have her own domain yet and it’s the next thing I’m going to tell her to get her own domain. Since she’s new to blogging it’s understandable that most of the things about blogging are kind of new to her. I told her about webhostinggeeks.com and she said she’ll check what they offer since she needs webhosting as soon as possible. She has top ten best web hosts to choose from depending on what she’s looking for. Since she’s jobless as of present she can definitely afford $10/month and all webhosting plans include at least one free domain name registration and 30 day money back guarantee.

These are the top ten best web hosts that were independently reviewed by webhostinggeeks.com
1. Inmotion
2. BlueHost
3. WebHostingPad
4. Hostmonster
5. JustHost
6. Globat
7. Yahoo
8. GoDaddy
9. Lunarpages
10. Dot5Hosting

I hope that my cousin will get her own domain as soon as she can. If you are interested in more information about webhostinggeeks.com you can visit their website or send them an email for your questions.

Photo Calendars

The holiday season is upon us. I'm sure most people are now thinking of gifts to give to their family and friends. We all want to give our loved ones the perfect holiday sentiment. I always give Photo Calendars to my relatives. I choose from the many pictures I have from our trips and I feature them in the calendar. I know what you're thinking right now--- the price. There are so many companies out there who will do the job for you but my choice is vistaprint.com. If you'll check their website you'll be amazed at how affordable their prices are and not to mention their variety of choices that will definitely suit every budget. The custom printed calendars are easy to design and order and if you have a business you can give it to your customers. They're fun, unique and very affordable.

What I'm going to give out for 2009 is the wall calendars. Right now I'm still deciding what design to use. Vistaprint.com has so many designs and I like them all so this will probably take a lot of brainstorming between me and my husband. The price is $7.99 per photo calendar and this is a very good price.
